So I tuned into watch the Mexico match and thought there was something wrong with my TV sound. They are playing some awful horn s -- something to do with African tradition throughout the entire match. I understand they're going to be dong it in all matches cuz they are the host country. Just awful. Not gonna be watching much of it because of that annoying shit. Way to fuck up the World Cup as if it isn't hard enough to get people here to watch it.

Anybody else know what I'm talking about? Janda? When I turned it on the radio this morning in the car I thought there was something wrong with the broadcast and turned it off. Then on TV ...same thing. :devil:

Though I support Germany (obvious), Argentina has enough firepower to blow Germany, Spain and Holland away.

BTW, if Spain wins, which I am not doubting at all, they will face Argentina in the semis.

Well, it is over with. I can finally (and have) found my former sleeping patterns. Though a shame that the world has to wait another strenuous four years till the next world cup, the beauty of this competition resides that it does not come around every year, or every other. Good job South Africa, it was a very good and entertaining four weeks. Hope this beautiful game continues to grow here in the US and North America in general. See you all in Brazil!

I was very disappointed in the final game because I expected at least three goals. Spain is quite amazing. Overall, the worldcup was very fun to watch, to bad USA still sucks donkey crap at soccer. I don't know why people are saying they are decent. They suck! I watched pretty much all the games and the US doesn't compare to them at all. However, the US can be an elite team very easily. We just need some of the athletes to come and play soccer.
